FIRST
Make sure you are using the latest version of MasterCook 24 or you will not be able to sync properly. See this article below.
SECOND
Restart your computer. Sometimes odd problems can be resolved by simply restarting the computer and trying again.
THIRD
Reset the syncing files on the computer as explained in a section in this article:
FOURTH
If you continue to have problems, please send MasterCook Support both the MyMasterCookErrors text file as well as the SyncEntries log files as explained below.
The MyMasterCookErrors.txt file that is within the \ProgramData\MasterCook 24 folder on your computer. If the sync manager is unable to work properly, then it creates the MyMasterCookErrors.txt file to log the errors.
Additionally, send the SyncEntries.log files within your \ProgramData\MasterCook 24\SyncLogs folder on the computer. See the screenshot example below.
If you are unable to see the ProgramData folder within your C drive, that means Windows is hiding it from you. You can tell Windows to show you hidden files and folders as explained in this article: How to Show Hidden Files on Windows 11

Reinstall the program.
