Cookbook or Recipes Fail to Print

When trying to print a cookbook it fails when calculating the pages.

This can happen if you have an embedded recipe that is not properly linked.

  • Export the recipes to an .mz2 file.
  • Create a new cookbook.
  • Import the MZ2 file into the new cookbook.
  • Review all recipes that are marked as broken embedded links.
  • Relink the ingredient rows in those recipes.
  • Print from the new cookbook.

You could delete all of the recipes from the previous cookbook and copy/paste the recipes from the new cookbook back into the old cookbook, if desired -- for example, if you wanted to keep the original cookbook because it has a cover photo, etc.

Please backup your files on a regular basis.
