Installation Error - An Error Occurred While Attempting to Create the Directory

When trying to install MasterCook I received an error message stating and error occurred while attempting to create the directory, and the program would not install.

This can happen when Windows blocks apps from folder access on your computer.

Go into the Windows Ransomware settings and temporarily turn OFF the Controlled Folder Access setting. Then try to install once again. Then you can turn it back on or add MasterCook's folders to the controlled folder access area. These are the folders that MasterCook 24 uses on your computer:

\Documents\MasterCook 24 (The user's My Documents folder.)

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MasterCook 24

C:\Program Files (x86)\MasterCook 24

C:\ProgramData\MasterCook 24
