Installation Error - An error occurred while attempting to create the directory

When installing the program I get an error message that says An error occurred while attempting to create the directory.

Something on the computer is preventing the program from installing into the Public Documents folder on your computer. Use the custom installation option. Have it install into the Public folder instead. That worked for another user.
