If the sync manager app is not working correctly, such as not being able to close when you click on the X in the upper right corner, then that indicates that its DLL file needs to be registered. Please follow the instructions below.
Restart your computer and do not use MasterCook. Run the Command Prompt as administrator. (If you do not run it as an administrator, you will receive an error message after you follow the instructions below.) See the screenshot below.
Then copy this line of text below and paste it into the Command Prompt window and press your Enter key:
regsvr32 "c:\program files (x86)\MasterCook 22\Program\rtcwrap.dll"
You should get a message stating it registered that DLL file. That should solve your issue.
