Included Cookbooks Don't Show in the Program

I do not see the cookbooks that come with the program. What can I do?

Start up MasterCook. Select Cookbooks from the top of the screen. Select Manage Collections from the Tools menu. When the Manage Collections window appears navigate to this folder on your computer:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MasterCook 15\Cooking Fundamentals Collection

Select/highlight that Cooking Fundamentals Collection folder and then press the ADD button in the Manage Collections window. Then press the Done button. This should make them appear within the Cookbooks screen in MasterCook. Do the same for the Deluxe and Premium collection folders.
