Printer Gets Switched

I want to print to a PDF file, but it changes to my real printer. Why?

Each time your close and open the Print window, the printer selected returns to your default printer selected in Windows. You might try setting the PDF printer as your default printer in Windows when you plan on using MasterCook and know you will want to print to the PDF printer.
