Removing Designs from the Program

I created a print design, which I called "plain." It had a problem, and I wanted to delete it. I couldn't find a way to do so in MasterCook, so I deleted the plain.mcd file using Windows Explorer. However, "plain" still shows up in the list of designs in the Palette. Although if I try to open it I get the message that it doesn't exist. How can I remove it from the list of designs?

Press F5 at the top of your keyboard or select Refresh File List from the Tools Menu to refresh your files list. This will rebuild the internal MasterCook file database to show your updated file list.
