Web Import Toolbar Missing from Internet Explorer (MasterCook Versions 8-11 Only)

I selected Explorer Bars from the View menu in Internet Explorer and don't find the web import toolbar. I'm using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9.

If you are using the 64-bit version of Windows 7 it is possible the web import toolbar installed into the other version of Internet Explorer. Windows 7 64-bit includes two versions of Internet Explorer--a 32-bit within this folder:

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer

and a 64-bit within this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer

Manually browse to the above folder locations on your computer and run each version of Internet Explorer and check the View>Explorer Bars menu. Close one before you launch the other.

Also, go into the Manage Add-ons menu from the Tools menu in both versions of IE and see if the MasterCook Bar and MasterCook Web Import Bar are both listed there.

If you don't find them in either version of Internet Explorer then they were somehow uninstalled from your browser. You will need to backup your files and uninstall and reinstall MasterCook so the web import toolbar can be installed again. Internet Explorer has a habit of prompting you to disable add-ons. The web import toolbar is an add-on. Do not allow IE to disable it.
