MasterCook 15 Reinstallation

How do I reinstall MasterCook 15?

Locate your disk or download that you previously purchased and use it to reinstall the program onto your computer.

When you purchase downloads, your web browser saves the file to the Downloads folder on your computer. It will remain there unless you delete it. Many people keep all of their purchased download files in their My Documents folder where they keep all important personal files, so they can use them as often as necessary to reinstall or if they get a new computer.

What if you misplaced your disk or download and need to purchase a replacement? You may qualify for a discount on a replacement. You will need to locate proof of purchase. The easiest way to do that is to search all of your email for the word MasterCook. Once you have located your proof of purchase/order receipt, you can send a copy of your receipt to support@mastercook.com and request a replacement at a discounted price.

If you purchased MasterCook 15 from another vendor, you must contact them. There are several online places that sell the MasterCook download. If you purchased it somewhere else, such as at Amazon, you need to use the download link you purchased from them since you are their customer. We do not have access to their customers or orders. They can assist you since you are their customer.
