Error: Not a Valid Win 32 Application

After downloading MasterCook 14 and trying to run it I get an error message that states its not a valid Win 32 application. I also get an error that states:

Error Information:
>SetupNew\setup.cpp (142)

What's wrong?

This error message means you have a corrupt download. Generally this happens when your web browser's cache is corrupt. Delete the file you downloaded on your computer to completely get rid of it. Empty your web browser's cache by deleting the temp files for your web browser. Then create a new folder on your computer. Download the setup file once again, but this time have it save it to the folder you created.

Furthermore, sometimes other programs such as an antivirus can cause a problem. You might try disabling it while you download the file to see if that helps.
