Unable to Load Design

When trying to print I am getting an error message that says Unable To Load Design.

This error happens when your printer drivers need to be updated. Check Windows for updates to your printer. Also contact your printer manufacturer for updated printer drivers. Otherwise, uninstall the printer and reinstall it and update its drivers.
