A MasterCook customer provided an Excel file to MasterCook of the ingredients in the Canadian Nutrient File (CNF) to convert for MasterCook 22.
Attached at the end of this article is the MC Canadian Ingredients.ing file of the Canadian database. Save the file to your computer. Keep it as a backup copy.
MERGING INSTRUCTIONS
Make a current backup copy of your MasterCook 22 files as explained here:

Then you can merge the attached file into the existing ingredients in MasterCook 22. Right click on the MC Canadian Ingredients file. Select Merge Ingredients from the menu that pops up.
